- Para la leche de tigre: Ponemos todos los ingredientes y los bordecitos de pescadl en la licuadora y le damos unos toques para que el limón tome los sabores de los ingredientes pero sin que nos quede totalmente integrado.

- Yo mientras tanto también hice el camote que para cambiar, lo corté en hilitos con un utelisilio y lo freí.


- Colamos la cebolla y la agregamos al pescado. También agregamos el cilantro. Luego colamos la leche de tigre y también la agregamos. Mezclamos bien y dejamos reposar sólo unos minutos, 5 como máximo. Agregamos el camote y disfrutamos!
